There are times when we are called to go deep within.

There are times when we know change is an absolute must.

There can come a time where past pain has run it’s course and it’s time to be released.

 

There are times when we feel called drop the struggle and embrace who we truly are at our core.

There are times when we become tired of not feeling enough within ourselves.

There a times when the realisation of continuing down the same path only brings more of the same.

 

There have been times in my own personal life where I’ve both wanted to and needed to go a little deeper within to create a change. Weekly 1-1 sessions were great but I needed more. The main reason is not that the sessions were of no value, it was more that between sessions I was sabotaging myself, procrastinating and at times experiencing overwhelm.

 

After  I experienced a number of 1 day intensives for myself I knew I wanted to offer those who wished to work with me the same opportunity.

Twice a month I work with individuals who are ready to go deep, move beyond their current challenges (personal, relationship, business), raise their consciousness and connect to their inner magnificence.
